The paper spells it out clear as day. “VICTORY” In big black ink. But the details of how it ended is more horrifying than any war this world had seen before. The U.S. had made a bomb so destructive, fueled by the very fabric of our universe, and nonetheless used not on military bases, not on soldiers, but on civilians.
